If you are dissatisfied with your digital product, you may request a revision of your portraits.

🖼️🎨 Canvases: Canvases are processed and shipped within 12 hours after your order place.

🙅♀️ Due to the personalized nature of our products, which feature your little one's face and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for physical items.

You may request to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.

🙅♀️🕒 Once the 3-hour window has passed, your order cannot be modified or canceled. 🚚📦
